We met with salon owner and top stylist, Courtney Wagle to discuss how we could be of service in marketing her business – a busy and successful downtown SF salon. Like many business owners, making time to market and knowing what to focus was a challenge. We worked together to strategize and create a plan to use Both/And Media to support their efforts and present their brand in a fresh fun way.

The Win:
Under BAM’s management, regular email campaigns meant the Damia team could reach out to their clients in a fresh and friendly way without having to worry about the what/where/when. The team was empowered to share their work online and create a large community of friends and potential clients. The social media survey provided vital information on how their clients wanted to interact from them on social media.
